VAPOR TORCH FLAME COMPARISON
This graphic illustrates flame temperatures and lengths at normal operating pressures. Flame length will vary depending on tank pressure and the flame adjusting valve setting. All Red Dragon Vapor Torches emit flames up to 2050° F. When choosing a torch, keep in mind that optimum heat is not at the torch head, but beyond as illustrated here. By directing a 3 inch diameter torch at a weed from 12 inches away, for example, you’re using the torch at it’s utmost efficiency.
